Mind Map - Working on my Website Part 1

Starting to think of how I would like my website too look and jsut getting my ideas down on paper...

Above is the beginning of the mind map for my website.

The idea behind creating a mind map of ideas for my website is so I can start thinking about how I want my web pages to look and how and what I will show in this website.

The part in the mind map about a splash of colour is mainly based around the idea of colour where the menu bar will be at the top of the page. I am not certain on a colour but I know, I will not be using black due to how it will effect the shadows in my work displayed on the pages.

Using the grid set up, I think I will go for in sets of three for the gallery pages and most likely for the project pages as well. These are used for giving a brief outline on the project / folder of work to which the viewer of the website can go further into on the gallery page.

I am thinking about putting buttons, with links attached to the individual pages, on the project pages to save people from having to go back up to the menu bar and match the names of the projects to the individual pages. However this requires more thinking about and wondering if it is a good idea or if it would clutter the page entirely.
